Skill Lab is the middle ground between one-time workshops and private training. Each class focuses on one specific trainable skill, providing a structured environment for growth and refinement.

Our workshops are education-focused, designed for understanding specific topics rather than forming individualized training plans. They provide the cognitive foundation you need to handle real-world scenarios with clarity.

Schedule
Workshops are generally held Wednesday evenings, three per month, with the fourth Wednesday as an intentional off/flex week. This creates a recognizable public virtual schedule: Tuesday — Skill Lab, Wednesday — Live Workshop, Thursday — Skill Lab.
